I was broke down yesterday for 5 hours.
It was cold, snowing, and my battery was about dead in my car when my friend got there.
One place we called told us "Find someone else to tow your car" as we were in a friends car keeping warm driving up the road my car was on rather than sitting in a freezing car.
My insurance company called McDanel's when we called them back to let them know what the other place said.
ETA was 1 hour but they got there in 35 minutes and said we could go while the car was loaded.
