Our story began in 1986 with a 4-person operation. Today our team consists of over 230 employees who serve over half a million members a year across 11 locations and 4 states. We have achieved this by focusing on what matters - people and quality - people on our team and in need of a service; and, quality in our customer service and everything we do.
To say that United is a towing company is true - but it is not the whole story of who we are. We are not only passionate about roadside assistance, but also in creating state-of-the- art locations to provide a motivating and enjoyable environment to work from. All our vehicles, technicians, and dispatchers are equipped with the newest technology available.
Most of our offices have full kitchens and relaxation areas. And we love celebrating together- whether it's our achievements or the holidays! United also prides itself on being proactive in charities and events in the surrounding communities it services professionally. In addition to valuing our team, our greatest goal is to transform every negative roadside experience into a positive one.
