I had a unique problem in that I jammed my hatchback into the garage door, when I tried to close it with the hatchback up. I called AAA and they connected me to Elite Towing. This was not a problem that they fix but Lisa decided to try to help. She located a driver who was in nearby McKinney and who came to my house. It took a little work but he was able to free the hatchback from the garage door. I cannot be more grateful that there still are people who go above and beyond. Thank you Elite Towing for outstanding customer service!!! A special THANK YOU to Lisa who could have hung up and to Brandon for his expertise and patience!

I called Irving Elite Towing and they said $59.00 flat rate unless it was over 15 miles. I was Leary because he wanted my credit card over the phone, but I went against my better judge. He sent this company over, Juan. My car was an easy tow and 6 miles and the tow Juan asked to see my card, I thought it was for the 59.00 when I signed the receipt I saw 213.00 he said I had to pay it and take it up with Elite. Now I'm getting the run around. I'm reporting both of these companies tomorrow. I gave them a chance to fix it and they refuse. Good luck!!! They are scam artist and we are helping them by not reporting.

I had a vehicle breakdown on the side of the freeway Monday morning on my way to work. I called Elite and they were very easy to work with. They were very nice & courteous. They cane out to my car before the estimated time and the guy was very knowledgeable. I have a nice, big SUV and he handled it with care! First time in ding Elite and I will be using them from now on! Very reasonable prices! Highly recommend them!

Sepreania was friendly. She went over pricing, offered quotes, and made scheduling easy. The guy who did the tow was also a sweetheart. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I got charged additional fees for having a Jeep Wrangler. I advised the company of my vehicle, but, when they arrived, they had to charge more for a special hookup on vehicles with a 4-wheel drive. This increased the price significantly. I advise you go over (in detail) the make, model, and type of vehicle you have prior to arrival. Other than that, the staff was nice and I would probably use their services again.
