John is a person you can rely on, he is a guy that will give you the time of day because he cares.
I highly recommend Statewide Towing and Recovery. We were broken down in the Ypsilanti area on a Sunday evening in the snow. We had a tow request at AAA but had been waiting for over 2-1/2 hours and were told that it would be another hour (at least) for a driver.
