My car broke down in West Sacramento and I was given the kindest assistance by Naveed. He treated me like family from the minute he got to my car. He kindly referred me to a reliable mechanic and drove me to that location. You can tell he cares about his customers and goes the extra mile (literally). He came to tow my car all the way from Elk Grove; he didn't have any drivers available at the time I needed him (4pm), so he came himself to help me. It is no wonder why this family-owned company has so many 5-star yelp reviews that I'm adding mine to! I highly recommend this reliable, reasonably-priced towing service!

I usually don't give out 5 star reviews, but they earned it! They guy who came out was timely and professional. It took less than 30 minutes for them to pick up my car and take it to my mechanic. Out the door they charged me less than $100, so it didn't break the bank, and it took less than an hour to get to my house, hook it up, and drop it off at the mechanic. They earned every star and every penny. Highly recommend!

My car suddenly died and found Rapid Road Service on YELP APP. Naveed responded to my call very quick , gave me a great reasonable quote and was there at our location to tow our car. Upon arrival he was very professional made sure my car was placed carefully on his flatbed truck in10mins and we were off.
