I immediately pulled off the road, Luckily there was a New York Police Officer there and the owner came out to tow us to the shop for further evaluation.
His expertise and knowledge was very calming to us in this trying time. He could have left us there to figure out what to do because the engine was blown and major work was needed, Instead, he helped us to figure our how we could get home to New Hampshire and he even went as so far as to get us and the vehicle to Mohawk Honda, I cannot say thank you enough for his customer service.
