We are on the west side of Broadway (NM 47). These gentlemen do their jobs with dignity and I know it sounds odd but all of my negative feelings vanished as I was paying my bill. Current registration OR vehicle title with a printed name matching the photo ID. (We do not accept signed over titles) OR a valid temporary tag with the printed name matching the photo ID.
If the owner is unavailable to be present, he/she may allow another person to pick up their vehicle for them.
To do so, we need 1, 2, and 3 above PLUS a written authorization signed by the owner naming the person allowed to pick up the vehicle.
If the owner is incarcerated, a notarized statement provided by the detention center is acceptable for 1 above.
If the owner is unavailable to be present, he/she may allow another person to pick up their vehicle for them.
