Flat tire while visiting from out of town. Mals showed up quickly (quicker than the time given from the auto company. Class act. The gentleman helped us quickly get back on the road with some recommendations of places to hav the tire repaired. It was brutally cold, and the whole process was efficient.

My car broke down and needed a tow. Mal's came right out and brought my car to the shop where they promptly took care of the problem. Could not have asked more from this business - all the people were friendly and customer focused. Turned a day that started with a car breakdown and made it into a positive experience! Highly recommended!

This was hands-down one of the best experiences I've ever had with a towing company and I know it's because of Peter Ruzzano. Compassionate, knowledgeable and flexible, Peter took care of our vehicle as if it was his own. He went above and beyond for our unique situation and I can not recommend him more highly.

This gas station is very overpriced for
the services they render. They charge $105 dollars an hour for repairs - they changed my battery - put in a 6 year battery for a car that has 170000 miles- and then claimed it was 2.5 hrs labor to get some sand out of a key lob that was stuck in my Volvo ignition. When the tow truck men came out for the car they by accident set off the emergency brake and had to get another tow truck to take my car to their station. From start to finish a nightmare- I asked them to have the other tow driver call me when they arrived at their location- I never received the call. One 6 year battery and a lob cleaned out - a $453.58 rip off .

I was visiting when my rental car got a flat tire. The rental company arranged for Mal's to come and pick it up, without me having to wait, and bring me a new car. The problem was I had to be there to sign for the new car and Mal's had been scheduled to deliver it when I was at the event I had flown 3,000 to attend. When I called Mal's and told them the problem and they said they would deliver it whenever it was convenient for me! They showed up on time, we extremely nice and professional. They made my horrible day so much better.
