I worked at the dealership for 15 years we had always had FP mailing solutions who I just loved. I am no longer at that company so I feel I can post this now. I had never had an issue with this company they always called when the upgrade came around. If any billing issues they were resolved right away. Great and speedy service! My car key was not working and could not unlock my car, I called and explained that I was in a very dark and lonely area and needed assistance.
Even though he was off duty he came within ten minutes to help me and did not leave until I drove off. He even went out of his way to help me look through my car and find my spare car key remote. Tom is awesome! We had someone try to scam us by showing up and saying that they needed to increase their fee by 60%. Called these folks and they were amazing!
Tom went above and beyond! My Ford Escape died on me in heavy traffic and I thought I would be stuck in the middle of the street for hours (couldnt take it out of park). I was so mistaken!
