Horrible horrible horrible service. Quoted a time frame of 8am-12pm and now it's past 12pm and no call or anything from this company. I call them and they tell me something came up and the driver now has two cars in front of me and he would be there in 1.5-2 hours AFTER the time frame quoted!! I never received a phone call letting me know he would be late or something came up. I would have understood, but never got any update. Received phone call from the towing dispatcher at 9am this morning telling me I would get a call when tow truck driver was close BEFORE 12pm because he was in "route" They are shady and do not provide good service or car about your time or anything. I called them calmly and asked what was going on with waiting for 3.5 hours already and they said they would contact the driver. Well the driver never answered and told me to call back. I asked if I could get a call back once they have an update and they said I would need to call back. I would never recommend this to anyone I know. If you can use another service please do yourself a favor and do so. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would
