Being in a car accident is obviously a stressful experience, but they helped mitigate that stress in EVERY way.
To start with, Jeff offered to let me sit in his truck while I talked to my insurance company.
During the ride to the office, he answered all the questions I had about the process (first-time collision for me), and helped calm my nerves.
Once we arrived at the office, I was greeted by one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met, and she hung out with me while the guys got the car off the tow truck.

A Valid Drivers License - If you are driving the vehicle off of our lot you must have a valid drivers license.
If you do not have a valid drivers license, you must have a valid state issued photo ID and be accompanied by someone with a valid drivers license.
Proof of Valid Vehicle Insurance - A valid insurance card from your insurance company is required.
Your insurance card must list your information, vehicle make, model, year, VIN# and list your insurance company name.
Vehicles that do not have insurance must be removed from the lot by a tow truck for an addition cost.
