If you are in an accident, follow these 8 simple steps to ensure your physical and legal safety.
Write down the Make, Model License Plate #, Insurance, Owner's Name and Contact Info of Other Drivers and Vehicles.
If the Other Driver agrees you're not a fault, ask them to sign a release from any fault or liability for the accident with other driver's signature and date.
Never agree to a phone recording or give a signed statement to other drivers' claims adjustor/insurance company.
