I blew my tire when I hit a curb and called to get a price to have my tire changed to the spare the guy came out within 5 minutes got air in my spare and changed. I was very happy they responded so fast. Thank you so much. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very rarely is getting your car towed a pleasant experience. However, I had my car towed by Rubber City Towing this week and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The dispatcher was very polite and the tow mechanics did a fantastic job. "Lalu" Diaz and his assistant were personable and very professional and got my car to Copley with no issues whatsoever. I realized this morning that Lalu is the owner of the company so kudos to Rubber City as the great customer service begins at the top. Thank you.
