Drivers are paid commission instead of a competitive salary so they lie to customers and pad the bill. I needed a jump start. Their tech kept removing the battery box when he thought I wasn't looking. He told me my alternator was broken and the car wouldn't run and tried to hard sell me a "special rate tow." An honest person from another company got the car jump started with no problem. The owner is aware they are criminal frauds and doesn't care.

When you need a tow, it’s probably not a good day. I’ve had the pleasure twice with this company and I highly recommend. Competitive pricing, professional and courteous drivers and customer service reps, and loaded my car with a completely failed air suspension on the front wheels with a lot of care and finesse…and zero damage.

Excellent communication, very professional and prompt! Everything they did was A+ and the price was very reasonable, especially for having to get towed on a Sunday.
